The brief
The client needed a full-service, turnkey solution to design and construct a brand-new modern residence from the ground up. The goal was to build a bright, multi-level home featuring curved exterior walls, upper-floor terraces, and highly functional, custom-tailored interiors.
What we delivered
We managed the entire project from initial architectural 3D models through structural concrete construction to final handover. On the outside, we built smooth, rounded white concrete walls paired with sleek steel terrace railings and large grid windows. Inside, we completed the fit out with a contemporary olive-green kitchen island, warm wooden floating shelves, and custom bedroom wardrobes featuring textured wood fluting.
